Shipping Policy
1. Please choose from the following options for local warehouse delivery. We will ship your order directly from our distribution center to your address. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, though remote areas may require longer transit times.
2. Our European warehouse is now operational. Packages are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. The European warehouse covers the following countries: Germany, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.
3. For Customers in Other Regions. Please select the *China Warehouse* option. Items will be shipped via FedEx International, with estimated delivery times of 15–20 business days depending on your location. We apologize for the higher shipping cost and regret that free shipping is not available for these orders. You may consider ordering multiple items to reduce the shipping cost per item. 4. If you order several items, your order may be split into multiple shipments with different tracking numbers. If, due to logistics issues, you do not receive one or more packages, we will cover the loss and issue a full refund. All products shown on the FEEMOVAPE website are intended for the international market. Standard versions will be shipped by default. If you have specific requirements, please leave a message with your order. Some products are currently available for pre-sale — please refer to the product description for the expected shipping date.
5. If your package does not arrive within 25 business days after shipment, please contact our support team at service@FEEMOVAPE.com for a reshipment or refund.
6. If your item arrives damaged, lost, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Once your claim is submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you in resolving the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international reshipments or replacements.
